TKK SOLUTIONS is a Dubai based company. Our company was born in Dubai and focus on Middle East based projects. We deliver multiple types of entertainment karting projects, combined or not with other forms of entertainment, such as:
- Stand alone Karting tracks, Indoor and Outdoor, leisure and/or racing tracks
- Integration of Karting Tracks in Multi activity entertainment Centers
- Development of multi-activity concepts
- Laser Tag Venues
- Prison Island Franchise
Experience
We identify the specificities of each project
Based on a clear brief with the Clients, we define the mix of activities adapted to the area, the related mix of commercial offer, the plotting and sizing of each element of the venue, hence its configuration. This is the Pre-Concept.
After validation of this Pre-Concept, we elaborate in detail the final Concept in collaboration with the architect and the operator.
We assist our Clients with their revenue forecasting, Pre-Op expenses, Operation expenses and assist them with the feasibility study and P&L planning.
Our role also includes providing the best equipment, ensuring its installation and configuration in order to allow a perfect integration of all elements and optimization of all functionalities.
We train staff and establish with the client the basics of the product offer and the business strategy of the concept created.
We offer post opening services to support our client centers.
